Gaurav has nearly two and a half decades of corporate experience and has been the Head of HR for two listed companies as well as the Global HR Director for Akzo Nobel. Throughout his corporate career he has worked across multiple industries including a 5-year stint in professional services. He specializes in human dynamics, building high-performance teams to strengthen leadership and enhance organizations.

Gaurav is also the founder of the BlockVerse Institute – a digital and behavioural skilling company focused on diverse talent. In addition to his MBA in business management, Gaurav has a passion for new age technologies and has completed the Blockchain strategy program from the University of Oxford. He also advises businesses on workforce transformations using tech and conducts skilling sessions on Generative AI for both companies and individuals.
