Fred is an experienced and qualified strategy and management consultant, as well as investor / board member in multiple industrial sectors in Europe and the USA. He has successfully built and led international companies, and has built a network of more than 300 partners in the academic and business sectors. He has been a renowned expert in teaching in-house strategic change, transformation, leadership, health education and executive programs.
Fred brings a wide range of tactical knowledge that leads to a well-recognized relationship with the Harvard Business School, Erasmus University, George Washington University, St. Gallen University, CETYS University, UPAEP and LIUC. Among other accomplishments during his 30 years in consulting, academic and executive director roles, he has also co-chaired the Microeconomics of Competitiveness Network of 100 universities around the world developed by his colleague and mentor Professor Michael E. Porter at Harvard Business School (HBS). Professor Porter included Fred in the HBS Hall of Fame for his exemplary contributions in the area of national economic competitiveness, strategy, and value creation.
